Lacto Fermented Pickles

Pickles that are made using a brine solution with lactic acid bacteria doing the work.

Pickled Planet uses this process with our live sauerkraut. The little guys do all the heavy lifting and preserve, enhance, and super charge the cabbage and other veggies. In a cold environment, like your refridgerator, the lactic bacteria lie dormant while hosting on the cabbage, preserving it for you, for about a year.

Currently, Pickled Planet offers many delicious flavors of raw sauerkraut, also known as live sauerkraut.
